Doctor Nidhi has been a constant support for me for almost an year. I met her during a very difficult time in my life. I was confused and hurt and wanted some clarity. She was able to provide me support without imposing any decisions on me. And she supported any decisions I took. She made sure to keep checking how am I doing throughout the past year and I am most thankful for that. She was patient and non judgemental. Also flexible according to my schedule. Most of all, she has this quality of making you feel very comfortable around her so you can talk about anything. She gave me easy mental exercises to bring more clarity to my thoughts and that fulfilled the purpose of therapy for me. I am really glad of my decision to meet with her. My journey with her has been full of happy and sad times, and she helped me throughout it all. I would like to thank her for all she has done.

Doctor Nidhi has been extremely instrumental in my journey with mental illness. i have been stricken with obsessive compulsive disorder since 2 years now which was extremely high at that point of time forcing my quality of life to deteriorate drastically ,so much so that i had to resort to medication in order to curb my compulsive thoughts.It was dr Nidhi who helped me through this difficult time by making me understand the intricacies of the disease and reassuring me continuously through our time together .Dr Nidhi taught me all about ERP and thought-action fusion ,using these principles ,I have been able to overcome my obsessibe thoughts and compulsive behavior and mobe forward in my life with a clear mind.Dr Nidhi has always made me feel comfortable during therapy due to which i have been able to share my problems easily with her.She also has a very kind and warm disposition which is soothing and reassuring naturally.Thank you Dr Nidhi

However a little heavy on the charges side

I recommend everyone to start believing that therapies do work, you just need to be a little patient with yourself and your doctor. So I came here for depression and anxiety issue, I've been struggling with depression for far too long now, so I've decided to finally give it a shot to therapies I didn't wanted to stay in the dark for ever and or to give up on myself or my life so I gave my life a chance and it was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made for me. I came across rebuilding minds through instagram and met Doctor Nidhi, so I've been taking my therapy sessions from Doctor Nidhi, and oh boy! She's one of the most friendly doctor I've met, She's a good listener and has been a very good support system of mine throughout my therapies, She's has been extremley supportive and insightful. She provides fantastic counseling with realistic view point. She's a great listener, she listens to all my problems and doubts so calmly and guides me through it all. I think a lot of people including myself wants therapists to solve their problems or tell them what they should do in a certain situation however doctor Nidhi has made me realize that it's in my ability to deal with those problems on my own and with support and knowing what all my options are as far as what works best for me. Her encouragement to advocate for myself is something I appreciate about our session the most!!!!

I've started feeling happy and rejuvenated after such a long time, otherwise I was in deep blues before therapies, so if you wanna come out of the foggy mindset and feeling in the blues all the time, I would highly suggest you to try therapies it has helped me a lot ever since I've started taking therapies.

Dr Nidhi is an amazing *** ******* ************. The vibe and aura that she has around her will put you at ease. She has been very friendly from the beginning. I am not that person who easily open up to people but Dr Nidhi provides a very safe and non judgemental space for discussing your issues which make it very easy to open up to her.

I Reached out to Dr Nidhi singh for counseling regarding relationship issues and i was literally stuck with my life and felt as if I had nothing to look forward to but her insights and perspectives have helped me look at things differently. Within first 4-5 sessions, i started feeling better and it's been 3 months with her and i must say that not just she is an amazing psychologist but is also an amazing person, very sweet and kind. She has all the time of this world to listen you, she listens actually listens to understand you better. The knowledge she has about her profession is amazing and she knows how to handle someone going through mental health crises with all the love, care and empathy. Taking therapy session with her has been the best decision in the process of my recovery. Can't thank her enough.

Dr. Nidhi Singh has been a lifesaver for me. She started working with me when I was at the peak of my depression and completely helpless. I have been dealing with chronic depression and anxiety for 25 years. I have gone to numerous counselors and doctors with unanswered questions and lots of confusion. I was able to achieve something I never knew I could with the help of her, TMS, and some prescribed medication. I am now officially a happy person and no longer fight with constant depression. It has been so great waking up everyday not feeling like my world is over. She is so amazing and really listens to me when I need to talk and will really help me see things from another standpoint when my judgement and viewpoint seems blurry. I’m so grateful and happy that I have crossed paths with her and will continue treatment with her.

I visited for Stress

I approached Dr Nidhi Singh for the stress management which I faced in my everyday life and was unable to balance my professional and personal life. I appreciate the behaviour and approach of Dr Nidhi to treat the illness. Dr nidhi started the treatment from psychoedcation about the illness. Which was very helpful to understand the illness. Then slowly moved to the causes and treatment plan. The treatment journey took several sessions and was very pleasant with Dr Nidhi. She is very humble and full of knowledge.

I have Taken four sessions so far , and i can say that I feel changes in my thinking. Dr nidhi is very humble and she listens my issues very patiently and I can say that I have started feeling stronger day by day . I am sure, that day will come soon where I'll be living my life happily even in the

most challenging phase of life
